Fees & Payment

Here at Green Leaf Counseling & Coaching, we want our clients to experience positive changes in their lives as a result of therapy or other services. The specific goals of therapy will vary depending on the individual needs of each client, but some common outcomes clinicians hope to achieve may include improved mental health and wellbeing; increased self-awareness; enhanced coping skills; improved relationships, and more.  Ultimately, we want our clients to feel empowered to make positive changes in their lives and to experience greater overall happiness and fulfillment.

Fees

The "hour" of therapy or coaching consists of 50-minute sessions.  This session timing gives your clinician or coach the opportunity to prepare for their next client.

As part of our commitment to making therapy services accessible and affordable to everyone, our fees are set on a sliding scale determined by household income.

Fees for coaching, consulting, clergy coaching and presentations or workshops are determined on an individual basis.  Longer sessions can be scheduled and will be billed additional fees in 30 minute increments.

Payment

Cash, check, credit cards or Venmo are accepted at the beginning of each
therapy session. Flexible spending, health savings accounts, and other
similar plans are also accepted.

Insurance

Green Leaf Counseling & Coaching is not in-network with any insurance providers.  At your request we can provide you a “superbill”, which is a medical receipt for services.  You may seek reimbursement from your insurance company by submitting this superbill directly to them.  We also, in partnership with First Presbyterian Church of Madisonville, have access to a Client Assistance Fund to offset the cost of therapy services.  Please contact us if you have concerns regarding affordability of therapy.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that due to a heavy caseload, a 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments, including the initial intake session. Without proper notice, the client will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee, which is determined by the type of appointment you have scheduled.  We understand, however, that emergencies arise.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in this situation.
